Shipping
- GREI. processes and ships domestic orders Mon-Fri (excluding Federal holidays). We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Shipments are sent via UPS.
- Standard Ground orders received Mon-Fri before 2pm EST will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Federal holidays) pending credit card authorization.
- Expedited orders received Mon-Fri before 6pm will be processed and shipped the following day (excluding weekends and Federal holidays) pending credit card authorization.
- All shipping prices are quoted on real-time from UPS.
- All shipping prices are listed in US dollars.
- GREI is not responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged merchandise.
- All order are processed and shipped from Brooklyn.
- We cannot always guarantee availability of product. If an item requested becomes unavailable or delayed purchaser will be notified by email.
- Credit cards are charged when order is prepared to ship. A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after placing your order as a measure of authorization. The amount will not be processed until your shipment is ready to dispatch.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
Returns/Exchanges
- Customers must contact GREI. before returning or exchanging any items.
- Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of order delivery.
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- All merchandise must be in original condition, include original receipt and all original tags attached.
- No returns or exchanges accepted on sale merchandise. All sale items are final sale and sold as is.
- reserves the right to refuse receipt of a return or deny a refund or credit.
- We will not be responsible for lost return parcels. We suggest insuring return as a safety measure.
